Welcome to Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli USA

We are the first accredited pizza school in the world and we have operated since 1988. There are more than 30 locations in Italy and several other locations in the rest of the world. Our mission is to professionally train pizzaioli (pizza makers) at all level of expertise.

Our basic classes last about 40 hours, our advanced classes last one day. Basic and advanced classes offer a complete experience of practical training and in-depth theory. You will receive a certificate of completion at the end of each class. The combination of practice and theory, together with the caliber of the instructors and the depth of the curriculum make our graduates very sought after in the restaurant and Pizza Industry.

Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli is now open  in New York City.
